About the Course 6-Week Summer Jump Start Course for BCA Prep This intensive course is designed to help students prepare for the BCA with a focus on math and essay writing skills. The program will run from June 6 to July 11 2026. Course Schedule Duration: 6 weeks Dates: June 6 - July 11 Sessions: Twice a week Math Prep: 2 hours per session Essay Prep: 1.5 hours per session Hybrid Schedule: Saturdays: 11 AM - 1 PM (In-person and online) Tuesdays: 4:30 PM - 6 PM (Online) Course Components Math Preparation: Focus on key concepts and problem-solving strategies. Essay Writing: Development of writing skills, including structure, argumentation, and clarity. Join us for this comprehensive preparation course to enhance your skills and confidence for the BCA!
Cancellation Policy
By registering for services with April Institute, the parent/guardian agrees to the following: April Institute provides educational tutoring, enrichment, and coaching services only. Services do not constitute psychotherapy, counseling, medical treatment, or diagnostic services. Academic outcomes, grades, test scores, and admissions results cannot be guaranteed. Parents/guardians agree to provide accurate emergency and contact information, disclose relevant medical or behavioral concerns, and ensure timely drop-off and pick-up. Students are expected to behave respectfully and follow staff instructions. April Institute reserves the right to suspend or discontinue services due to unsafe, disruptive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed sessions without sufficient notice may be charged in full. Make-up sessions are subject to availability. Payment is due before or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. Fees are non-refundable once services begin, except where required by law. Participation in tutoring, group activities, workshops, and enrichment programs involves normal and foreseeable risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the parent/guardian releases and holds harmless April Institute, its owners, staff, tutors, and contractors from liability for minor injuries, property loss, emotional distress, peer interactions, or academic outcomes, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct. Students are supervised only during scheduled program hours. For virtual sessions, families are responsible for appropriate technology and internet access. Recording sessions without written permission is prohibited. April Institute may use photos and videos for promotional purposes unless declined in writing. By registering to this course, the parent/guardian confirms understanding and acceptance of these policies.
